Day 1: Entebbe & the start of the adventure

The start of your adventure is the lakeside town of Entebbe where you meet your private guide for the week. Enjoy a relaxing evening at your cosy guesthouse and a good night’s sleep in preparation for the excitement ahead.

Day 2: Bwindi Impenetrable Forest

Take a short light aircraft flight to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest and then on to your hill top lodge with the most breathtaking views; your home for the next two nights.

En route, enjoy a guided canoe trip on the stunning Lake Mutanda as you glide along taking in the scenary all around.

Day 3: Standard Gorilla trek, Bwindi Impenetrable Forest

It’s the first of your gorilla treks today – this time to a fully habituated family.

Set off into the forest with your ranger and fellow trekkers to locate your Mountain Gorilla family and spend up to one magical hour in their presence.

Toast your successful trek with sundowners at the ‘top of the world’ as you watch the sun set on the surrounding mountain and volcano tops.

Day 4: Gorilla Habituation trek, Bwindi Impenetrable Forest

A Gorilla habituation trek is exhilarating, fast paced and full of excitement. Once located, follow the family as they move through the forest for up to 4 hours and learn first-hand about the lengthy process of habituating a wild Gorilla family.

Day 4: Return to Entebbe

Take a morning flight back in Entebbe, having seen and experienced more than you could ever imagine!
