Day 1: Entebbe & the start of your magical adventure Meet your private guide who will be with you for the whole trip and transfer to your nearby guesthouse for your first taste of what Uganda.

Day 2: Rhino tracking & the mighty Murchison Falls National Park

Enjoy the extraordinary experience of tracking the white Rhinos of Ziwa before continuing on to Murchison Falls National Park.

Day 3: Game drives & a boat cruise in Murchison Falls National Park

Have your binoculars at the ready for an adventurous morning, spotting giraffes, lions, leopards, hartebeests, elephants, cape buffalo and many other mammals.

Later on, travel by boat on the Nile to witness the power of the mighty Murchison Falls.

Day 4: Kibale Forest National Park

Continue your journey to the outskirts of Kibale Forest and your lodge for the next two nights. Relax to the sounds of birds, chimpanzee and primates in the surrounding forest.

Day 5: Chimp trekking in Kibale Forest National Park

Meet the second of the great apes, as you trek the Chimpanzees of Kibale Forest. Follow them on foot, with your ranger leading the way, as they make their way through the forest.

Take a guided walk through Bigodi Wetland; a birder’s paradise with over 200 bird species, including the great blue turaco, and 8 species of primates.

Day 6: Boat cruise in Queen Elizabeth National Park

Continue your journey south to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Relax and enjoy the views from your boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel with one of the most dense populations of hippos in Africa.

Day 7: Southern Queen Elizabeth National Park

Enjoy an early morning game drive in the Kasenyi region of the Queen Elizabeth National Park on your way to Ishasha, famous for its rare tree-climbing lions.

Day 8: Bwindi Impenetrable Forest

Another opportunity to try to spot the lions in the trees above before continuing on to Buhoma in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest – the kingdom of the Mountain Gorillas.

Day 9: Gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest

Enjoy the wildlife encounter of a lifetime as you trek the majestic mountain gorillas in Bwindi; an experience you will treasure forever.

Day 10: Boat cruise at Lake Mburo National Park

A final game drive and boat cruise at Lake Mburo, one of the smallest of Uganda’s National Parks, before your last night listening to the sounds of the bush whilst you sleep.

Day 11: Return to Entebbe

Time to head back to Entebbe, crossing the Equator on route, with a myriad of memories and an appreciation for this fabulous country, its people and its wildlife.
